Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 tsp Garlic 2 cup *lentils, great value dried 1.5 cup Barley, pearled, raw 8 cup Vegetable Broth 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Oregano, ground .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp Cumin seed

After sauteeing veggies, instant pot on high pressure for 18 minutes.
