Ingredients
4 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella 1 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper) 1.75 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 16 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 6 oz Cavatappi (by LISA71865) 2 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
Directions
Wash and halve pepper' Roast at 400 degrees until lightly charred (20-25 min) . Melt butter mix into panko crumbs add salt to taste. Cook pasta al dente (9-11 min). Drain and set aside. Warm marinara adding 1/2 watter and the basil (cold add chili pepper flakes if desired) Heat to simmer, allow to thicken 3-5 min. Remove from heat & add cream cheese to sauce. Chop the roasted pepper & add with drained pasta to sauce. Divide to 2 servings and top with basil.
