Val's Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
4 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 serving American cheese singles (kroger) (by DLSHANKS) 8 tbsp Cream Cheese - Soft - Kroger 4 serving Kroger Hardwood Smoked Traditional Cut Sagar Cured Bacon (by ART0507)
Directions
Rinse jalapeno peppers, remove stems, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds

Fold American cheese slice until you have 8 rectangles - I then fold the rectangles lengthwise to put two skinny rectangles in the bottom of the jalapeno pepper 'boat'

Add cream cheese to fill the 'boats'

wrap with the bacon - if possible stretch it so that the ends are on the bottom of the 'boat'

Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes

Remove, let cool slightly, enjoy!

Serving Size: 8 half peppers filled with cheese and wrapped with 1 slice of bacon
