Butternut Squash "Cheese" Sauce

1 10 oz. pkg. frozen butternut squash (or sub 2 cups fresh)3 tbsp nutritional yeast 2 tbsp Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 2 tsp white or yellow miso (can sub salt, to taste, if you use)1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 cup water
Cook squash according to package directions. I get the microwave in a bag type that makes this really easy. After squash is cooked, add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy. If you are not using a high speed blender that can handle hot food, you may want to allow the squash to cool a little.
