1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw0.5 cup Tomato Paste80.0 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef Patty - (1) 4 oz.uncooked1.0 cup *lentils, great value dried2.0 serving Taco Seasoning
Directions
Brown onion, add and brown meat, add tomato paste water and lentils, simmer until lentils are soft. Serving Size: 1/3 to 1/2 cup

    I love the way this comes out. The consistency is smooth and the flavor strong. I've used it on nachos, taco salad, and in breakfast hash and it's a winner each time. Some of my recipes are works in progress but this one has been polished right down to using my own home made Taco Seasoning blend. - 9/28/20
