Orange Strawberry Muffins (power packed for picky eaters)

Ingredients
1/2 cup Freeze dried Strawberries {roughly crushed}4 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds) 1/4 cup Almond Flour 1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry (pulsed in blender until fine)1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 3/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1 cup fage 2% yogurt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 tbsp Butter, salted (melted & cooled)2 Tbs Orange Juice (2 tablespoons)3 tbsp Orange Marmalade, Low Sugar, Smucker's 3 Tbs (0.67 serving) Sugar Free Lemon Pudding & Pie Filling Mix dry1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 2 oz Beechnut peach babyfood (1/2 jar)1 scoop Nature's Bounty Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix zest from 2 oranges2 Tb dry orange jello
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl, mix together all wet ingredients. Fold dry ingredients into wet & mix just until combined.
Scoop batter into greased mini muffin tins. Bake approx 15 minutes at 375 F, or until toothpick comes out clean
