Sauteed Sweet Plantains

Ingredients
Yellow plantain ripe, 1 medium1.5 tsp Butter, unsalted 1T Brown Sugar
Directions
Using very ripe plantains [skin is almost black] cut 1/2" slices on diagonal. Put 1 tablespoon brown sugar in ziploc bag with plantains for 15 minutes until sugar dissolves. Melt butter in non stick pan and add plantains. Cook for 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Be careful not to burn. Serve hot!
