Mediterranean Zucchini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 cup, swirled Zucchini pasta8 oz Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 8oz, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 2 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes 4 ozBlack Olives 2 oz Red Onion Raw4 oz Feta Cheese 8 ozKen's Steak House, Greek Dressing 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir zucchini in the hot oil for 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup water and cook until zucchini is softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt, garlic, and pepper. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Top with dressing and mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra feta cheese and parsley if desired.
