Ingredients
1 cup Ancient Harvest Harmony Quinoa 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 2 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice) 1 serving Tomatoes, Roma small (2-2.5" diameter; whole) 200 grams Broccoli, fresh 75 gram(s) Tessemae's Pantry Classic Balsamic 60 gram(s) Trader Giotto's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Directions
Cook Quinoa per package instructions, add peppers, onions and broccoli while still warm. Stir. Add Basalmic and cover to let flavors mesh.

Add feta and any protein of choice to serve.
