Ruby's Broccoli Frittata

Ingredients
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.33 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 7 oz Cheddar Cheese 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh .66 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) .66 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) .66 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Dice all vegetables, and chop the broccoli. Layer in round dish.
Crack eggs and hand beat. Add milk and mix well. Pour over vegetables and top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes covered with foil at 350, remove foil and bake 20-30 additional minutes until center is set.
