2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.50 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 4 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Mix 2cps. Oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder in a small bowl. Beat two eggs in a large bowl, add milk, melted butter, vanilla, and diced apples. Stir until well combined. Add oatmeal mixture. Stir until combined. Lightly grease a 9x11 pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 until the center is set.
