1 (20 oz0 pkg refrigerator cookie dough (sugar cookie or use your own)1 sm pkg of vanilla instant sugar free pudding mix 1 1/4 c milk (skim or 1%)1/4 tsp almond extractAssorted Fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, cherries, bananas, etc.)
Press Cookie Dough into a 14-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 12-15 mins. Cool. Prepare instant pudding mix with 1 1/4 c of milk (can use skim milk to make lower in fat and calories). Add extract. Spread pudding over cooled cookie dough. Arrange fruit on top as desires.
