Baked Tofu Bites

700g (2x 350g blocks) extra firm tofu, drained and broken into bite-sized pieces 0.25 cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes 2 tbsp Soya Sauce Reduced Sodium 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375°F and line one large or two small baking sheets with parchment paper.
Put nutritional yeast flakes, soya sauce, olive oil and garlic powder into a large bowl.
Crumble tofu in assorted sized pieces into the bowl and toss to coat.
Spread evenly over tray(s) and bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Eat hot or refrigerate and eat as a snack.
