Chaffle (egg&mozerella)

Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup cheese, Kroger Shredded Low moisture part skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
mix cheese and egg together
spray mini waffle iron
put a little additional mozzarella on the bottom for a min.
pour half the mixture in and shut iron. cook til brown.
repeat for the other chaffle.
makes two.
