Ingredients
1C reg. oatmeal 3/4C whole wheat flour 1 1/2C flax seed ground 1 med. apple chopped 1/2C apple sauce 2 egg whites 1C brown sugar (use half splenda brown sugar) 1t baking powder 1/2t baking soda 6t cinnamon 1oz. chopped walnuts mix the first 7 ingredience and after mixing the brown sugar and rest of ingredience combine. If too wet add up to 1/4C wheat flour
Directions
be careful not to over mix bake at 400degrees for 25 minutes
