10 tsp. McCormick slow cooker savory pot roast seasoning mix. 1.5 cups baby carrots, raw 3 large stalks celery, raw cut in 1.5 inch pcs.3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) potato, peeled, raw, chop 1.5 inch pcs.1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 lb. USDA Choice Beef Chuck Shoulder Pot Roast Boneless
Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker
Mix seasoning mix and water until blended, pour over roast and vegetables, cover.
Cook 8 hours on LOW, or 4 hours on HIGH
Remove roast and vegetables and place on serving platter. Stir sauce before serving.
TIP: For best results, do not remove cover while cooking.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings
