Tomato chutney

Ingredients
1000 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 500 grams Cider Vinegar 500 grams Onions, raw 2 tbsp Salt 50 grams Brown Sugar 100 grams Garlic 150 grams Ginger Root 1 pepper Hot Chili Peppers 4 tbsp Sunflower Oil 2 tbsp Mustard seed, yellow 80 grams Cilantro, raw 2 tbsp Coriander seed 4 cm cinnamon16 cloves
Directions
Boil and reduce everything except the oil and mustard and coriander seeds.
When reduced, heat up the oil and pop the seeds. Pour into the chutney and simmer for 10 minutes.
Bottle.
