3.0 clove Garlic2.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw9.0 oz Cacique Pork Chorizo16.0 oz Kroger 85% Lean Ground Beef4.5 serving Kroger Hardwood Smoked Bacon2.0 tbsp Carbonell Olive Oil3.0 serving Kroger Beef Bouillion Cubes220.0 gram Hatch Green Chilies (Roasted, Chopped)
1. Brown and season Meats in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, remove from pot
2. Add another 1 Tbps Olive Oil and add chopped Onions, season to taste and sautee until soft and translucent
3. Add 3 Tbsp Chilli Powder, 1 Tbsp Cumin, and chopped Garlic, sautee for an additional few minutes until spices are toasted and garlic is softened
4. Return meats to pot and add Hatch Chillies, whole large can of Diced Tomatoes, and 3 Cups water. Bring to boil
5. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring every 10
6. Partially cover and continue to simmer until preferred doneness (I prefer at least 2 hours), stirring every 20 minutes or so
7. Season to taste, and serve or store
