3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Creamed Cottage Cheese 1 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon 1 Italian tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 4 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese Season to your pref. I used GrillMates Garden Vegetable
Pre-heat oven @ 350
Fry bacon, set aside
Pour drippings into clean 9" skilllet
Sautee all veggies till tender crisp, season
Blend eggs & cottage cheese til smooth
Add cheeses to egg mixture, mix well
Distribute veggies well over skillet surface
Pour egg mixture over covering veggies
Add bacon slices atop mixture
Bake in oven 20-25 checking often
Done when center is set, checking with a knife.
