Sicilian style Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup sliced onion1 can diced tomatoes1 tbsp capers drained and rinsed1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp italian seasoning1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions
Makes 4 servings
Cook chicken breasts in olive oil on stove for approximately 5 min on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet. Add onions and garlic and capers. saute about 3 min. add white wine to deglaze the pan. Add diced tomatoes. simmer until slightly thickened about 5 min. Lay chicken breasts in casserole dish pour tomatoe mixture over top cook in 450degree preheated oven for 25 min. serve hot with brown rice or mashed potatoes.
