Ingredients
0.5 cup Butter, unsalted 1 cup Granulated Sugar 2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 8 oz Open Nature Plain Icelandic Yogurt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix ingredients together and bake in greased loaf pan for 70 minutes at 350 Serving Size: 1 slice
