Atomic Salad - Low Sodium version

8 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 6 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice .5 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT) .5 tsp Pepper, black 4 clove Garlic .5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Use garlic press to mince garlic. Mix all ingredients in LARGE salad bowl. Place 1 bunch fresh spinach and 2 types of leaf lettuces (I use romaine and red leaf) torn into bite sized pieces. DO NOT TOSS AT THIS TIME. Cover and place in fridge till ready to serve (can be done day ahead).
When ready to serve add croutons and grape tomatoes and toss.
