Ingredients
.5 serving Sweet potatoe - medium (2"x5"), 114 g 1 medium Zucchini, baby 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Heat oven to 425, clean and chop veggies, toss with salt, oiive oil, garlic and italian seasoning. Line baking sheet with foil, arrange a single layer of veggies. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes
