18 tsp Garlic 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4.5 cup diced Potato, raw 1 cup Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers 6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 3 tbsp Butter, salted .19 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 6 tsp Better than Bouillon Vegetable Base (by BEATRICEBUNNY) 1814 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1.25 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 12 tbsp Land O Lakes half and half 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, white 1 tsp Cumin seed .34 tbsp ground corriander (by CRUZIN2LOSE) 1 1tsp Olive Oil
1. roast garlic in foil with 1 tsp olive oil at 325 for 30 minutes
2. sautee onions in butter until soft, add flour and stir for 5 minutes
3. add water, base, garlic, potatoes. bring to boil and cook for 30 minutes
4. add half and half and milk. bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. skim fat from top of soup
5. add green onions, red peppers, and corn.
Serving Size: makes 6 entree-sized servings
