Blazin Hot Texan Chili Verde

2 T.EVO1/2 C cwater1 T. Better than Beef3 C diced Tomatillos 8 oz Beef Tenderloin1C chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 3/4 C Green Chili Peppers, canned 2 T Canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce 2 T Chili powder 3 T cumin powder 1/2 C RoTel, Original 1 T Sour Cream 1 chopped Avocado
Season filet with chili & cumin powder, brown on saute in the IP.
Remove to plate
Add onions to IP; add more EVO if needed
Saute till transparent
Add garlic, sautee 2 min
Add tomatillo's, green chilis and Chipotle's (chopped)
Stir in Rotel
Mix water and Beef broth concentrate add to pot
Place lid on IP set to Pressure 10 Min
QR steam pressure, open lid
Add your filet to IP
Cancel pressure setting
Set to saute for 15 min, occasional stir.
Serve with sour cream and avocado.
