Hal Pacific Pinto Veg Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Beans Pinto Dry1 qt carton Pacific Natural Foods - Organic Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup1/2 package spaghetti sauce spice1/2 large zucchini sliced1/2 large onion sliced2 large rainbow carrots1 jalapeņo pepper, pulp & seeds removed, chopped2 large stalks celery, chopped
Directions
Sort & rinse beans. Soak in water overnight. Rinse again after soaking.
Add carton of soup and spices.
Add vegetables.
Stir.
Slow cook for 2 hours on hi in Fagor, stirring every half hour.
