Egg cups, mushroom and parmesan cheese

Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 large Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Dice mushrooms and distribute evenly into 12 slots of the muffin pan. Stir the eggs and milk together and distribute evenly in 12 slots of the muffin pan. Sprinkle evenly the parmesan cheese on top of each slot. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
