Cornbread - Homemade

Ingredients
2 cup Yellow Cornmeal 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 tsp Coffee Creamer Great Value
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into muffin cups or lightly oiled muffin pan. Bake @ 400F for 20 minutes. Serve Warm
