The Best Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 med. banana1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup baking splenda1/3 cup (or 6 Tbsp) egg substitute1 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/4 cup White flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Separately cream applesauce, splenda, egg substitute, bananas, then add dry ingredients

Pour mixture into greased (spray pam) loaf pan

bake 55 min. ( or until knife will come out clean) at 350 degrees
