Keto Breakfast Bread

Ingredients
2.5 Tbsp Butter, salted 1/3 c. almond flour1 large Egg, whisked1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
In a cylindrical shaped coffee mug, melt the butter in microwave. If using UNsalted butter, be sure to add a pinch of salt to your mix. Using a fork, whisk in flour and baking powder, then the egg. Mixture should resemble cornbread mix. Microwave on high 90secs.
Remove from mug and allow to cool a few minutes before slicing into 4 equal pieces. Toast until golden.

    Definitely toast the bread afterwards, then it's really tasty. If you don't toast it, it smells kind of eggy with a moist texture that's not great. After toasting, it gets a great texture and flavor that's similar to a dense corn muffin. - 6/23/21
