Roasted squash with onion and green Pepper

Ingredients
2 cups Zucchini sliced 1/4 inch thick2 cups summer squash sliced 1/4 inch thick1 large sweet onion sliced 1/4 in thick1 green bell pepper sliced2 TBSP olive oilsalt to tasteGarlic powder and lemon pepper
Directions
place vegetables in large bowl sprinkle with olive oil. mix with hands to coat well. Put foil in jelly roll pan , spray with oil. spread out vegetables on foil. sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes. Stir half way through bake time.
