Beef pepper steak w/ gravy

Ingredients
1 serving Beef Flank Steak (4 oz) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 4 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 0.5 cup Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 cup Flour, whole grain 1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 0.5 cup Half and Half Cream0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cut beef flank steak into strips. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder for taste In a medium skillet heat EVOO, add in chopped peppers Cooke for approximately 5-10 minutes or until tender Add in chopped onions, cook an additional 5 minutes Add in steak strips and cook until about medium rare. Add butter and flour to the skillet and stir until well incorporated. Slowly add in water until gravy has reached consistency of liking. Add salt and pepper for taste Serve over brown rice. Serving Size: 2-4
