The Best Light Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. shredded chicken5 baby carrots1/4 cup red peppers, chopped1/4 cup Craisins3 sprigs fresh dill1/4 cup light mayonnaise2 tsp. dijon mustard
Directions
Take leftover chicken and shred it. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Serve by itself, on a salad, or as a sandwich.
