Anti inflammatory smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 cup Almond Milk, Unsweetened 0.5 cup Spinach, fresh or frozen1/3 cup Frozen Mango Chunks 1/3 cup Pineapple Chunks frozen Great Value1/2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1/4 tsp ground tumeric1/4 tsp ground gingerSprinkle of cinnamon
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender, liquid in first. For less mess in the blender add flax meal and seasonings in before fruit and spinach. Blend until smooth. Poor in glass and enjoy!
