Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
Ingredients:1 cup FF milk ¾ cup wheat2 tsp. baking powder½ tsp. soda2 egg beaters3 TB oil (1 flaxseed 2 canola)2 TBS. honey½ tsp. salt1 cp chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
Process:
Put milk and wheat in the blender. Blend on high for 4 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again momentarily.
Add 1 cup chopped pecans. Stir with a spoon.
Let sit for a few minutes (to thicken).

In skillet cook pancakes. Makes 3 servings. Calories do not include pecans. Also, I sometimes add in wheat germ and ground flaxseed.
