1 package Great Value Frozen Butternust Squash 10 oz2 Roma Tomatos, diced 3 tbsp Garlic, minced1/2 large sweet onion, chopped 3 tbsp Brown Sugar 3 tsp Salt 3 tbsp Curry powder 2 tbsp Ginger Root 1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth 1 can Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 13.5 oz2 large Sweet Potatos cubed2 tbsp Corn Starch 2 cans Gabanzo Beans 15oz can
Mix all the ingredents except the corn starch. Cook in slow cooker for 3.5 hours. Mis the corn starch in 2 tbsp water and add to the soup mixing well. Let it cook for 30 minutes more.
Serve hot, if two spicy, add sour cream, but definetly try squeezing lime or lemon as you savor this delicious soup.
