Turkey Soup with Wild Rice

Ingredients
0.50 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Thyme, fresh 3 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 2 medium Carrots, raw 2 cup, diced Celery, raw 8 medium Mushrooms, fresh 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 0.25 cup Wild Rice 12 cup Chicken Broth Water-Homemade salt free
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot and simmer until vegetables are soft and flavors have melded, the longer, the better.
