Asparagus/broccoli soup

Ingredients
1.5 cup Asparagus, fresh 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 2 tbsp Butter, salted .5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 cup Vegetable Broth
Directions
Melt butter
Cook chopped garlic clove
Add chopped broccoli, asparagus and chopped potato
Add veg broth, 3 cups
Cook on med high for 10 min
Use hand blender to mix to creamy texture
Salt and pepper to taste
