Ingredients
Directions
4 cup, shredded green cabbage, fresh 1 serving Gardein Meatless Meatballs (3 meatballs) 0.5 cup Raos homemade marinara sauce2 tablespoons parmesan or romano Cheese
Slice cabbage into thin strips. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray (or use a tablespoon of canola or peanut oil for better results/more caramelization), add a teaspoon or so of kosher salt, and cover the pan to steam. Occasionally take the lid off the pan to toss the cabbage, and cook about 7-9 minutes until fully softened and lightly caramelized (browned). These are your 'noodles'.
While the cabbage is sauteeing, warm up a half cup of Rao's marinara (or whatever sauce of your choice) with three Gardein meatless meatballs. Top the noodles with the sauce/meatballs and sprinkle with parmesan/romano cheese to taste.
