Ingredients
1 cup Great Northern Beans Raw BB 28 oz Swiss Chard Raw BB 0.25 tsp No Salt potassium chloride salt substitute 4 clove Garlic .5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Onion powder .333 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Parsley, dried .15 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
wash and clean swiss chard, Bring to boil and then simmer covered with water and covered 1 cup of beans for 30-60 minutes
Chop chard, start EVOO in 12" skillet and add garlic. when brown lower to low and add chard and cover with a domed lid till water is almost gone, season and add beans and mix
