Rich Broccoli Dairy Soup

Ingredients
400 grams Broccoli, fresh 1/2 large Onion chopped1 can Evaporated milk1 can Table Cream4 tbsp Unsalte Butter1/4 cup All purpose flour 2 cups Chicken Stock 1 small can of cooked carrots 8 oz1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Iodized Salt (maybe 1 tsp would be enough) 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground 2 cup Member's Mark Fancy Shredded Cheese - Cheddar & Monterrey Jack
Directions
1. Saute de onion with the buttter and mix in the flour
2. Add the eevaported milk and the table cream and mix well
3. Add th chicke stock and the spices.
4. Cook for 15 minutes and ad the cheese
5. Let cook a little more to incorporate the cheese

Serving Size: This recibe makes 10 cups of very thick soup. You can put 1/2 cup water or milk in your bowl and mix them up to eat
