Banana chocolate chip pancakes

Ingredients
2.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour3.0 serving Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips2.0 tsp Baking Powder2.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted1.0 tbsp Maple Syrup1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Sift together the baking powder flour, and cinnamon in one bowl. Mush two bananas in a bowl. Mix in two eggs and two cups of almond milk. Mix in mini chocolate chips. Stir Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture. Mix Using a non-stick pan add the pat of butter and melt it. Add a ladle of pancake mixture to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on medium on one side, or until lightly brown and then flip. Add maple syrup on top of pancake as a condiment.

Serving Size: Makes about 6.5 cups or 6.5 pancakes
