Chicken Makhani

Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast .5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1 carrot Carrots, cooked 1 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Cut chicken into 1 in pieces. Add 2 Tbsp of Tikka Massala spice blend, add ginger and garlic paste, add yogurt. Let it marinate while you make the sauce.
Blend onion, saute in butter. Add pureed tomatoes, cumin, red chile powder, coriander. Add chicken and stew for at least 1 hour.
