6 medium zucchinis1.5 chopped onions1 cup chopped parsleyground nutmeg. a pinch2 large eggssalt &pepper to taste300 g chopped leftover cooked beef3/4 cup redded swiss cheese.1 tbsp butter
slice zucchinis lengthwiswe, hull the flesh out and reserve
Parboil the zucchinis 2mns in boiling salty water.
Remove, drain and pat dry, and set in an ovendish sprayed with Pam.
Chop the reserved zucchini flesh and add to next
7 ingredients.
Mix well together, adjust salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff zucchini with the mixture.
Cover with shredded swiss cheese.
dot wit butter.
Put in a 350 F preheated oven and cook. cooking time may vary from 20 to 30 mns
Baste from time to time with the juice released during the cooking
