Ingredients
3.5 cup Beans, black .67 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Pure Kroger (by BUNKHOUSE) 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 1.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1.3 cup Enchilada Sauce - Red (by HISTORIKELL) 1 cup Cheese - Mexican Blend - 2% - 4 Cheese - Shredded - Kroger
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat combine oil, onion and pepper. Cook till tender
Stir in beans, corn, enchilada sauce and cook 8-10 minutes
Serve with cheese
