Ditalini with Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 tsp Saffron 794 grams Crushed Tomatoes 1 serving Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp. (by GABIRUSZCZAK) 2 clove Garlic 0.2 cup Tomato Paste 4 tsp mixed herbs (dried) (by TABSNPICKLES) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 serving Barilla - Ditalini Pasta (2 oz. serving) 1 TBS dried bread crumbs to top each serving.
Directions
1. finely chop cauliflower,
2. heat up olive oil in a pan, add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
3. add the garlic and crushed pepper flakes, cook for 3 minutes
4. add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, 1/4 cup of water, and another cup of hot water with steeped saffron.
5. bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
6. once pasta is cooked add to the cauliflower.
7. plate and sprinkle dried breadcrumbs on each serving.
