Mandarin sesame

Ingredients
70.0 Grams Granulated Sugar12.0 Grams Honey1.0 1tsp Sesame Oil3.0 serving Halo mandarin oranges5.0 Grams Sesame Seeds5.0 Grams Sesame Seeds5.0 tsp Pepper, black70.0 Grams Soy Sauce90.0 gram mirin151.0 gram beef stock 365
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a pot (juice and as much flesh as you'd like of the halos) except for the beef stock, mirin and soy. Heat on medium high to boiling until all the sugar is dissolved and you are getting a foam on top. Pour in the rest of your ingredients and bring back to a boil, turn down to a soft boil or simmer and heat for 20 minutes. Use immediately over beef, chicken or pork or store in the fridge for up to a week. Serve hot. If using while cooking, use 2 tbsp at a time and adjust for flavor as it is a strong sauce.
