1 clove Garlic 1 medium Onion, diced1 dash Salt Ground Black Pepper500 grams Ground beef 410gms (tin) Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn 100 gms Passata1 tsp Chilli Powder Hot Sauce, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 1 tsp (5g) 400 gms Baked Beans (or Kidney Beans)
Heat olive oil. Cook onion and garlic until softened.
Add ground minced beef. Cook through.
Add in drained corn kernels; then passata - stir together.
Add in baked (or kidney) beans; season with salt, pepper, chilli powder and sriracha sauce.
Stir and let simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Serving Size: makes around 4-5 servings
