Nancy's Pecans, made Low Carb

Ingredients
6 tbsp Butter, salted 510 gram(s) Lily's White Chocolate Style Baking Chips 15 oz (20 halves) Pecans 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Melt butter on a jelly roll pan while preheating the oven to 350 degrees F. Mix pecans with melted butter, bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and add salt. Let cool on paper towels.

Melt chips in microwave: 30 s, then stir, then 20s, stir, repeating until completely melted. Stir in pecans and drop by tablespoon size (about 3 pecan halves) onto waxed paper (or parchment or silicone liners).

Serving Size: makes 90 table-spoon-size clusters
