Sausage Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
4 clove Garlic 0.50 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 0.25 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted 8 leaf outer Lettuce, red leaf (salad) 0.33 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar 0.25 oz Candied Ginger 6 pieces 1.50 tsp Sauce, Sriracha, w/ Garlic, HUY FONG(1tsp/) 18 oz Ground Pork 1 serving Chinese five-spice mix (pinch per serving) (by MELLYN2000)
Directions
Brown crumbled sausage in a heavy skillet.
Add onions and garlic and cook until caramelized.
Whisk together Chinese 5 spice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, peanut butter, ginger, and pepper sauce.
Add to skillet and cook until tender.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spoon into lettuce leaves.
Sprinkle with sliced scallions.
